4. Johnny Manziel Gives It Everything He Has

While sometimes players like Johnny Manziel can make mistakes and turn the football over, they can also have major success and power their teams to victories. One quality that Manziel brings to the field each and every time that he puts on his shoulder pads is a hard worker and the will to win. The Cleveland Browns could really use that type of attitude, and Manziel knows how to lead his team as well.

Brian Hoyer seems to lack the true will to win, and turns the football over as well while not trying to make plays. At the very least the Browns would have big play potential with Manziel under center, and it might just be exactly what they have been waiting to see from the quarterback position. Josh Gordon is a very talented wide receiver, and Manziel had a field day back in college at Texans A&M with another big play wide receiver in Mike Evans.

Putting Manziel’s aggressiveness on the field might be the exact attitude that the Browns need to move forward and find a way to sneak into the playoffs. Finding a quarterback that will do everything in his power to win football games is something that teams cannot afford to overlook.
