20. Charles Clay, Miami Dolphins

Charles Clay burst onto the scene last year for the Miami Dolphins, and has come up with yet another solid season so far this year. He has caught 39 passes for 346 yards and two touchdowns on the year. Those numbers have been big for the Miami offense, and they are a legitimate playoff contender in the AFC this season.

19. Mychal Rivera, Oakland Raiders

The Oakland Raiders are the worst team by far in the NFL, and they simply don’t have too bright of a future at this point. Tight end Mychal Rivera has caught 41 passes on the season for 355 yards and three touchdowns. He has been one of the only bright spots for the Raiders, and at the age of 24 still has plenty of room to grow and reach his full potential.

18. Scott Chandler, Buffalo Bills

Buffalo is one of the biggest surprises of the NFL season so far, and they are looking like legitimate postseason contenders. Scott Chandler has caught 32 passes for 337 yards and two touchdowns, and has done an excellent job of being a leader for his team. He’ll need to continue being that leader and making clutch catches when Kyle Orton throws his way.

17. Heath Miller, Pittsburgh Steelers

The 32-year-old Heath Miller has put together yet another good season this year, and has caught 51 passes for 583 yards and two touchdowns on the season. Those numbers have been key for the Steelers, and Ben Roethlisberger will continue throwing his way. Needless to say, he has been a pleasant surprise playing at the level that he has been for Pittsburgh.
