1. Denver Broncos Demaryius Thomas
No receiver (so far) has as mixed the combination of consistency, productivity on a game-to-game basis, and playmaking capabilities like Thomas has in 2014. Standing at 6’3”, Thomas is almost the perfect receiver.
He possesses soft hands, great size, first-rate speed, outstanding rout-running ability, can beat you with the deep-ball, and is a demon in the screen game that utilizes his run-after-the-catch talent. On the year, he’s second in receptions (88) and receiving yards (1,255) and is tied for third with 10 touchdown catches.
Playing with arguably the best quarterback in the game in Peyton Manning has definitely helped lift his level of play but he has also improved in all facets of being a superb receiver. If Thomas keeps this All-Pro level of a performance up, he’ll find his way on the NFL’s First Team All-Pro easily.
