No. 20-17

20. Jay Cutler – Chicago Bears – Power Ranking Score: 219.4 (-3)

Cutler may be the biggest waste of natural throwing ability in the NFL. A QB with his talent, an offensive minded coach, a great RB, and two of the best WRs in the NFL should NEVER be ranked this low, NEVER.

19. Kyle Orton – Buffalo Bills – Power Ranking Score: 219.5 (-3)

Kyle Orton is also down a few spots this week. Orton did manage to lead the Bills to a win this week but his performance was mediocre at best. Still, he’s done a nice job of bridging the gap between EJ Manuel and whomever they bring in to be their long term answer.

18. Colin Kaepernick – San Francisco 49ers – Power Ranking Score: 222.2 (-4)

Colin Kaepernick is down several spots this week after he and the 49ers offense failed to get anything going against the Seahawks. Kaepernick is supposed to be naturally gifted play maker, but so far this season he’s struggled to make those big plays that we all expect.

17. Matthew Stafford – Detroit Lions – Power Ranking Score: 222.4 (+5)

Stafford is back up this week after a good performance against the Bears on Thanksgiving. Stafford is another example of talent that (even after moving up five spots) still isn’t ranked as high as he could be if he would produce more consistently. Maybe last week was the start of him getting hot. Then again, it could just be that he was facing the Bears defense.
