No. 4-1

4. Drew Brees – New Orleans Saints – Power Ranking Score: 309.6 (+2)

Drew Brees finally finds himself back where he belongs, and that’s in the top four QBs in the NFL. The Saints are still a disappointment this season, but that has little to do with Drew Brees who is still one of the best in the game. With upcoming games against the Panthers, Bears, and the Falcons it looks like Brees may have a chance to stick around here in the top four.

3. Peyton Manning – Denver Broncos – Power Ranking Score: 311.3 (-1)

After a mediocre passing day in a very cold and windy Arrowhead Stadium Peyton Manning is down a spot. He and Tom Brady are neck and neck. I’m glad to see Brady back on top, mainly because he already beat Peyton Manning head to head in the regular season.

2. Tom Brady – New England Patriots – Power Ranking Score: 313.6 (+1)

Tom Brady is back in the number two spot, despite having lost to Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. Tom Brady proved he was up to the challenge, his team simply couldn’t execute as many plays as the Rodgers led Packers offense. Right now I just trust Brady a little more than I do Peyton Manning and that wasn’t the case earlier this season.

1. Aaron Rodgers – Green Bay Packers – Power Ranking Score: 358.8

Aaron Rodgers continues to be at the top of these rankings and when I added up the Power Rankings scores it wasn’t ever close. Rodgers’ 37.5 point difference over the second ranked QB last week has actually expanded even more now to 45.2 points. There simply isn’t any other QB that you can really make an argument for being ahead of Rodgers. He’s the best in the game. Period.
