Like many who arrive in Los Angeles, Parker Mills wanted to act his way to the top, which is why he had no problem putting on a Donkey Kong suit during a Los Angeles Zoo event that signaled the May 2013 release of Nintendo’s Donkey Kong Returns 3D video game.

Mills is now suing Nintendo (parent of Donkey Kong) after he claims wearing the gorilla suit led to the tearing of his aorta walls. He also claimed that he was denied breaks and his handlers also did not give him ice packs to help him cool down. In other words, it was, as Mills is now calling it, “a stressful environment.”

He is also claiming the Nintendo representative who was supposed to oversee his activities fell far short of his duties.

Somehow, one can hear Comic Book Man from The Simpsons screaming, “Worst. Case. Ever.”

Surely, no one wants to discount the possibility that Mills may have suffered a life-altering ailment, yet it’s going to be hard for he and his attorneys to convince a jury that both Nintendo and the Los Angeles Zoo treating him like, well, a monkey. Yes, dressing up in a gorilla suit is going to lead to that person getting hot. But before Mr. Mills’ dreams of money and working his way from the Z to W-list become reality, he should keep in mind that thousands across the nation pull off wearing a (fill in name of animal) suit daily without trying to sue their employers.

Case closed.
