The Armchair Quarterback’s Guide To The NFL: Week 14
Buffalo Bills at Denver Broncos
The Bills have had a much better season this year than I expected. Kyle Orton has surprised (in a good way) and they’ve played good defense. That having been said, I just don’t see the offensive firepower needed to go head to head with the Broncos and Peyton Manning. Plus, the Denver defense is really pretty good too. The Bills are a fringe playoff team, but they aren’t ready to run with the top teams just yet.

Kansas City Chiefs at Arizona Cardinals
Homer Alert: I’m a KC fan, so it probably shouldn’t be a surprise that I like the Chiefs in a close one here. I think everyone is talking about how the Cardinals have a tough defense, but the bottom line is that the Chiefs and Cardinals have allowed the exact same number of points. Plus, the weakness of the KC defense is their run defense and the Cards aren’t really in position to take advantage of that with Andre Ellington banged up. Jamaal Charles will be the best offensive player on the field and will help carry KC to a close road win.

Cardinals 16
