3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may not be a very good team record-wise this year, but they really do have a lot of talent on their roster. Perhaps acquiring a quarterback like Robert Griffin III would be the type of move that could propel them forward. He would be walking into a situation where he has a good amount of receiving talent, and a talented running back who is trying to get back on track himself.

Lovie Smith has always been able to work with quarterbacks throughout his career, and the system might end up being better for Griffin than what he’s running in Washington. A third-round pick wouldn’t be much at all for the Buccaneers to give up to get a potential franchise quarterback, and it would be something that they would likely jump on.

There is no question that Tampa Bay could use a quarterback, and they will be one of the teams showing interest in Griffin if he is indeed put on the block. While Griffin hasn’t been able to put up the production that many in Washington have wanted this year, he has shown in the past that he can be a legitimate threat with his arm even after the injuries.
