15. (TIE) Harold Jackson, Los Angeles Rams/Philadelphia Eagles: 73 Points

Jackson was a bit of a journeyman in the NFL, but his best years came in Los Angeles and Philadelphia. Although it should be noted that Jackson had a few great seasons with the New England Patriots as well. He was an incredibly consistent player throughout his career and is definitely underrated as an all-timer.

Twice he led the NFL in receiving yards and once he led the league receiving touchdowns and receptions. He was also named First Team All-Pro once and was invited to five Pro Bowls in his career. He played for a long time in the NFL, but it was his various dominant seasons that got him ranked so highly on this all-time list — not longevity or career accomplishments.
