New England Patriots (-3.5) over San Diego Chargers

I’m fading my own principle here for one reason.

Tom Brady and Bill Belichick after a loss.

New England ran into a buzzsaw on the road in Lambeau Field last week, and because Brady and Belichick are approximately 762-3 (numbers only slight inflated) in games following a defeat, I’m backing them. The Chargers have now won three straight games, leading people to jump back on the bandwagon, but they weren’t impressive in any of the three wins (including last week in Baltimore in my opinion), and I’m not a believer in Phil Rivers’ bunch.

This is a public pick, but it’s also the right side. Tom Brady at night in an important game should make you see dollar signs.
