Bomani Jones Rips Colin Cowherd For John Wall Comments (Video)
By Hayden Kane
Bomani Jones took a jab at fellow ESPN personality Colin Cowherd on Tuesday in regards to comments Cowherd once made about Washington Wizards’ point guard John Wall and his future in the NBA.
John Wall received a lot of attention on Monday night for his touching interview after a double-overtime victory in which he was clearly upset and emotional over the loss of a young fan and friend who had died of cancer.

A long time ago, Colin Cowherd received a lot of attention for stupid comments he made as he passed unsubstantiated judgments on the point guard for dancing before a game. As if the initial border-line offensive rant wasn’t enough, Cowherd has stood by those comments over the years.
With people talking about Wall on Tuesday, Bomani Jones directed his commentary in Cowherd’s direction, wondering if this incredibly sad and touching moment with Wall would cause Cowherd to back peddle.
Watch for yourself:
Careful, Bomani. Being the voice of reason has been cause for disciplinary action up to and including suspension at the Worldwide Leader. That’s especially true if you take aim at one of the network’s darlings, even if said darling is a blowhard on the level of Colin Cowherd.
Seriously though. Hat’s off to Bomani Jones for this jab.
