No. 28-25

28. Johnny Manziel – Cleveland Browns – Power Ranking Score: N/A

Well it’s officially time for the Johnny Football era in Cleveland to begin. Will he thrive? Will he struggle? My guess is that Browns fans are probably in for a lot of ups and downs. Manziel will probably make some amazing plays and then follow it up with some boneheaded mistakes. One thing is for sure, you’ll be able to see it all on a loop on ESPN over and over AND OVER.

27. Derek Carr – Oakland Raiders – Power Ranking Score: 179.5 (+3)

It’s been a while since you could say this, but the Oakland Raiders aced the NFL draft this past season. Not only did they get the best defender in the draft in Kahlil Mack, but it’s becoming more and more clear that they also found their QB in Derek Carr. Carr still has a lot of learning to do but his talent is undeniable.

26. Colt McCoy – Washington Redskins – Power Ranking Score: 226.8 (-1)

It appears that Colt McCoy’s return to earth may have begun. After putting up some stellar numbers in his first few appearances, now his numbers are starting to resemble more what you’d expect from McCoy. He’s still played much better than RG3 had been, but that’s not saying much. I don’t expect McCoy to be the starter in Washington next season.

25. Drew Stanton – Arizona Cardinlas – Power Ranking Score: 198.6 (-2)

The Cardinals rebounded with a come from behind against the Chiefs last weekend, but I still have serious doubts about their chances this season with Stanton at the helm of the offense. He throws the ball downfield to the Cardinals talented WRs and while he has made some big throws he’s just plain inaccurate. He has Pro Football Focus’ lowest Accuracy Rating of all the QBs on this list.
