NFL QB Power Rankings: Ranking The Starters For Week 15
No. 4-1
4. Tony Romo – Dallas Cowboys – Power Ranking Score: 301.3 (+4)
Romo finds himself back in the top five after a bit of a game or two of being a little “off”. The Cowboys have done an excellent job of keeping the pressure off of Romo thanks to a great offensive line and a great running game. So what happens in the playoffs when he has the pressure of going back and forth in a shoot out? I’d still be nervous to find out if I was a Dallas fan.
3. Peyton Manning – Denver Broncos – Power Ranking Score: 305.4
Peyton Manning had his streak of consecutive games with a TD pass broken last week. Guess that means its time to get a new streak going. Manning has to go to San Diego this week to do battle with the aforementioned Philip Rivers. If Manning wants to keep his spot in the top three secure then he needs to find a way to win that game.
2. Tom Brady – New England Patriots – Power Ranking Score: 313
After going back and forth with Manning in recent weeks Tom Brady put a little distance between them with a good showing last week against the Chargers. Now Brady has a chance to put things away if he can go into Miami and get a win. In many a season the year he’s having would have made him the best of the best, but as good as Brady has played there is one QB that is simply heads and tails above the rest. Which brings me to…….
1. Aaron Rodgers – Green Bay Packers – Power Ranking Score: 366.3
Wow, just wow. What do you say about Rodgers? The guy is on absolute fire lately! I mean, 35 TDs to only 3 INTs, are you kidding me? I’m not sure that if you somehow built the perfect NFL QB it wouldn’t basically be Aaron Rodgers. He’s the MVP this season and it really isn’t close. If you haven’t had the joy of watching Rodgers play yet this season make a point to do it soon. We may very well end up being the best to ever play the game.
