29. Phil Simms
1979-1993
33,462 Yards, 199 Touchdowns, 157 Interceptions

Phil Simms was one of the more dominant quarterbacks of his time, and is still a very relevant name in the NFL today. Whether that is because he is a game announcer or because of his playing career is up for debate. His career stats were very impressive as you can see above, and he was definitely one of the more feared players for defenses during the 14 years that he was playing.

Throughout his career, Simms ended up being a two-time Pro Bowler and also won the 1986 Super Bowl MVP. Those accolades further sealed his NFL legacy. He may have had some flaws, but he found ways to win football games for his team and that has kept him in the top-30 quarterback rankings to this day.

Simms finished with a career 101-68 record in the regular season, and was 6-4 in all of his playoff starts. His best season was in 1984 where he threw for 4,044 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 18 interceptions.
