AFC North

Pittsburgh Steelers- DL

I don’t remember a Steelers team that had been this bad at getting after opposing quarterbacks. It seems like the days of James Harrison destroying quarterbacks were so long ago.

So far this season, the Steelers only have 24 sacks, which ranks 26th in the league. If Pittsburgh had a good pass rush, they’d be one of the top teams in the AFC. They’ve got a chance to make a Super Bowl run with how good their offense is, but Pittsburgh needs to find a pass rusher STAT!

Baltimore Ravens- DB

The Ravens’ secondary is really bad, like 29th-in-the-league-bad.

If Baltimore can’t get that taken care of, there’s no chance they’re going to be able to consistently win games in the league. It’s a passing league, and you can’t give up 260 per game through the air. It leads to too many points.

Baltimore’s defensive line is actually really good, too, and they’re fourth in the league in sacks. So, the passing yards don’t really even do justice to how bad the Ravens’ secondary is.

Cleveland Browns- DL

Cleveland doesn’t have that bad of a pass rush, but their defensive line is one of the worst rush defense teams in the league. So far this season, Cleveland ranks 31st in the league in rushing yards allowed per game. The Browns give up an average of 138 rushing yards per game, ON AVERAGE! That’s terrible, and it has to be fixed before next season.

Cincinnati Bengals- DL

Like Cleveland, Cincinnati is giving up way too many rush yards per game. This season, the Bengals are allowing to gain 124 rushing yards per game.

For a team in the playoff race and a team with a good offense, the Bengals need to be better at stopping the run. It would open up so many different opportunities for Andy Dalton and the Bengals’ offense.
