32. Andrew Hawkins, Cleveland Browns

Andrew Hawkins was signed this past offseason by the Cleveland Browns, and was immediately asked to step up and play a major role. He has come through this season with 59 catches for 791 yards and two touchdowns. Those numbers would have been much better if he had better options that Johnny Manziel and Brian Hoyer throwing the football his way.

31. Keenan Allen, San Diego Chargers

Third-year San Diego Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen has taken a major step forward this season, and is becoming a very promising young wide receiver. He has caught 77 passes this season for 783 yards and four touchdowns. If he hadn’t broken his collarbone he would have even more numbers this year, but that has slowed him down lately.

30. Andre Johnson, Houston Texans

The Houston Texans have one of the best wide receivers to play the game in recent NFL history, and he is still capable of putting up solid numbers when needed. He has had an up-and-down 2014 season thus far, but has still caught 75 passes for 802 yards and two touchdowns. Houston has had some quarterback issues with both Ryan Fitzpatrick and Ryan Mallett having injuries, and that has slowed him down as well.

29. Kenny Stills, New Orleans Saints

At just 22 years of age, Kenny Stills came through with a big season for Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints. He has recorded 58 receptions for 849 yards and three touchdowns on the year, and has been a big play threat for Brees. If the Saints are going to rebound next season, they are going to need Stills to take the next step towards the “star playmaker” potential that he has.
