20. Steve Smith, Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens were lucky enough to sign Steve Smith this past offseason after things went south with the Carolina Panthers and he was released. He has stepped up and been a big leader for the Ravens, and has caught 71 passes for 975 yards and six touchdowns. Those numbers show just how important he has been for the Ravens, and Joe Flacco desperately needed a target like him after they traded Anquan Boldin away.

19. Vincent Jackson, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Vincent Jackson was expected to have a major breakout season this year with Josh McCown coming in to start at quarterback. That hasn’t been the case, but he has still caught 69 passes for 991 yards and two touchdowns. Jackson has still put together a great statistical season obviously, and he deserves this spot in the rankings despite only scoring two touchdowns.

18. Anquan Boldin, San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco ended up playing a nightmare season this year, but veteran wide receiver Anquan Boldin once again has had a good year. He has recorded 81 passes for 981 yards and four touchdowns. Those numbers are exactly the type of consistent stats that he has put up throughout the entirety of his career.

17. Kelvin Benjamin, Carolina Panthers

This past offseason was a nightmare for Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers’ offense, as they lost their top three wide receivers. Kelvin Benjamin was drafted with the 28th overall pick in the first round, and he has turned out to be an immediate number one receiver. He has put up 999 yards and nine touchdowns on 72 catches, and has been a major playmaker all year long.
