Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens dropped the ball last week against the Texans and now their playoff lives rely on San Diego losing in KC. For that game to even matter though they will have to knock off the Browns. As I type this it looks like Connor Shaw may be starting for Cleveland. If that’s the case it’s hard to imagine the Ravens losing this game at home with the playoffs on the line. The Browns do have a great pass defense so in order for Baltimore to control the game they need to get the run going. The good news for Ravens fans is that Cleveland is ranked 27th in the NFL in terms of yards per carry allowed by their defense. I think the Ravens pull this one out.

Dallas Cowboys at Washington Redskins

The Cowboys don’t need to win this game to make the playoffs but I really like the match up for them this week. Tony Romo is having the best season of his career and in this game he gets to go against a Redskins pass defense that is dead last allowing opposing QBs to average an 108.9 QB Rating and has given up 33 passing TDs with only six interceptions. Then you factor in that the Cowboys are averaging the second most rushing yards per game in the NFL and this game looks like a win for Dallas.
