Things were getting pretty chippy on Christmas Day between the Knicks and the Wizards and it ended up with John Wall getting hit in the face. 

As many people expected, the Washington Wizards are pretty much having their way with the New York Knicks on Christmas Day, and John Wall is doing a lot of the damage, having himself an outstanding outing.

With Wall torching the Knicks, of course you would expect them to be a little frustrated. However, no matter how frustrating it gets, you never do what Quincy Acy did.

Wall was coming down the court with the ball when Acy came up to play defense. The only thing was, instead of actually playing basketball defense, he decided to just mug Wall. When Wall got up and took exception to what happened, Acy then proceeded to smack him right in the face.

Here, take a look..

Yeah, everything that Acy did in that entire sequence, that is absolutely not what you do. Never, ever do anything that Acy did right there.

The scuffle didn’t last very long as Carmelo Anthony was able to calm Acy down and get him away from the skirmish..

Still, ugly turn of events here on Christmas Day.
