Having a strong, intelligent voice at the head of leadership is something that shouldn’t get looked over lightly.

Moving forward into Miami Dolphins offseason the organization is finally in the hands of good leadership. General Manager Dennis Hickey has the Dolphins personnel with a significant upgrade of talent than what they are normally accustomed to.

Hickey, who came from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization has given the Dolphins a lot of great and talented players to their team such as the rookie wide receiver from LSU, Jarvis Landry. With the glaring needs on the Dolphins roster a lot of people didn’t see the reason to draft Landry in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft but selecting the speedster was a perfect choice.

In addition the biggest offseason move that the Dolphins had this was bringing in left tackle Branden Albert through free agency. His signing was perfect because once Hickey also drafted rookie right tackle Ja’Wuan James from Tennessee it set up the offensive line for success.

Now as Hickey gets ready to begin his second year with the Dolphins, they are going to stay as a player in the NFL Draft. Hickey has intelligence that shouldn’t get questioned because his eye for talent is very strong. The prospects in the 2015 NFL Draft are strong and the Dolphins will have a lot of choices to choose from.
