2. Bengals @ Colts
The Bengals are expected to wear their white jerseys and white pants combination this weekend when they visit the Indianapolis Colts. Let’s hope they do, as that is one of the better looking uniform combinations they have. They have been known to break out the black pants on the road – throwing them in the same boat as the Baltimore Ravens (though with a tiger stripe on their black pants they avoid the full yoga look). The Bengals uniforms are by no means perfect, but they are unashamedly modern and their helmet is still one of the most creative things in sports.
Much like the Steelers / Ravens match-up, the tradition of the Indianapolis Colts uniforms is what pulls this match-up into the number two slot. This is the same uniform that the Colts have been wearing for decades and very little has changed. While some classic uniforms have suffered on the new Nike template (See the San Francisco 49ers, New York Jets) the Colts still look just as good today as they did forty years ago.
