Whether you think what he did is worthy of suspension or not, the reality is that Ndamukong Suh is playing and if you’re a fan of football, there should be a part of you which is happy.

Because the front seven of the Lions isn’t as good when he’s not in there and this front seven against one of the best offensive lines in the NFL is going to be a treat to watch.

It’s one of two places where this game will be decided. Can Suh and his fellow defenders get past a well-crafted and superbly playing Dallas offensive line? And if they cannot, will that give Dez Bryant enough time to overcome a secondary which, while having performed well most of the season, was picked apart last week?

Of course, this is also a defense which is normally good against the run and yet was torn apart by Eddie Lacy last week. DeMarco Murray is a tremendous player and will get his yards.

The trenches will be where the action is in this game and having Suh play makes it a much more interesting battle.
