Guacamole

One of the most common big game party snacks is guacamole. It is simple, incredibly popular and easy and party guests help themselves to as much as they’d like.

It can seem a bit tricky but is really easy to make, as demonstrated by Laura Vitale in the instructional video below. Good guacamole can really make a party stand out and this is a must-have on Sundays.

Here is Laura Vitale‘s recipe, the chef featured above:

Ingredients:
2 Avocados
5 Thin Scallions, trimmed and finely chopped
Juice of One Lime
3 Tbsp of Finely chopped Cilantro
1 Jalapeno, seeded and finely minced
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Process,

1) Cut the avocados in half and remove the stone, scoop the flesh into a bowl and using a fork, mash it to your desired consistency (prefer mine a big on the chunky side)

2) Add remaining ingredient and mix well. Serve with Tortilla chips and Enjoy!
