4. Emergence Of More Talented Receivers

During the first meeting between the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks, the passing game wasn’t something that came easy for Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers threw for just 189 yards, a touchdown, and an interception on the night.

Green Bay didn’t throw at Richard Sherman even one time, although he was covering Jarrett Boykin for the entire game. The Packers’ offense has come a long way since that game, and other players have begun stepping up. Both Davante Adams and Richard Rodgers stepped up in their first career postseason game against Dallas, and they are ready to head into Seattle and make a difference.

Relying on rookies isn’t exactly what Green Bay wants to do, but that is exactly what they will have to do if they want to walk away from Seattle with a victory.

Adams especially has given Rodgers a new weapon, and he showed just how dynamic he can be against Dallas with seven catches for 117 yards and a touchdown. At 6’4″ and 257 pounds, Rodgers gives his quarterback a big target with very good hands. Both players are going to have roles on Sunday, and they’ll need to be ready when the ball is thrown their way.
