Adam Gase

Offensive coordinator Adam Gase is head and shoulders the leader in the clubhouse for this position, and it’s no secret who Manning prefers. Upon speculation that Manning would indeed retire, one of the cited reasons was due to Gase’s possible departure for greener pastures. The last thing Manning wants to do is bring in another offensive sidekick at his age.

Gase is among the hottest candidates in the league to pickup a head coaching a vacancy. Should he take off from Denver, Manning might also be joining Fox on the links.

Perhaps, though, Gase is the sole reason for Fox’s abrupt departure from the team as maybe Elway thinks his time is now.
