Tyler Lockett, WR Kansas State

Most pundits do not have Tyler Lockett as even a top-ten wide receiver in this class.

In related, most pundits are crazy in this regard.

Let’s get this out of the way. Tyler Lockett is small. Very small. The former Kansas State standout is listed at 5-foot-9 and 175 pounds, and if anything, he may be smaller than that. However, he fits the profile of a mid-round draft steal in that his production in college was out of this world, and Lockett fits a role in the NFL from day one.

Lockett caught 106 passes for 1,515 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior, and he simply has a knack for getting open. In short, Tyler Lockett was born to be a productive slot receiver in the NFL, and even if he never becomes a full-fledged star, there are dozens of quality comparisons from an NFL standpoint.

Take Tyler Lockett and profit.
