Will Darrelle Revis Shut Down The Seattle Passing Attack?

We all remember the dominant Darrelle Revis, the most feared shutdown cornerback in the NFL when he was with the Jets.

Revis Island. Rex Ryan and the Jets exploited that image to its fullest potential.

Then Revis tore his ACL, got traded to Tampa Bay and was subsequently released.

It looked like it was over, until Bill Belichick and the Patriots came calling. As with so many other veterans, New England found a spot on the roster where Revis could once again exert his dominance.

So will Russell Wilson test Revis Island? There has been much talk about how the Seattle wide receivers may not pack the same punch as the passing attacks on other teams. Will Darrelle Revis shut down the Seahawks, or can Wilson and Company find open spots to keep the chains moving?
