25.) Super Bowl XXI – New York Giants vs. Denver Broncos

It was the first Super Bowl appearance for the Giants, but they were able to beat the Broncos with ease 39-20.

Like most games, it was a close battle for the first half (Broncos led 10-9), but then the Giants went on a 26-0 run throughout the final quarters to basically win the game.

New York forced a turnover and held Denver to only two yards in the third quarter to help build their lead.

Phil Simms was named Super Bowl MVP for an incredible performance: 22/25 passing 268 yards and three touchdowns.

On the losing side of things, John Elway completed 22/37 passes for 304 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

Vance Johnson also put on a show for the Broncos as he caught five passes for 121 yards and one touchdown.
