Ranking the 30 most dominant individual performances in Super Bowl history
By Daniel
22. Terry Bradshaw in Super Bowl XIII
QB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Terry Bradshaw and the Steel Curtain won four Super Bowls, but it was his play on Jan. 21, 1979 that will go down as his finest moment as an NFL signal caller. He would be named MVP of the Super Bowl after throwing for 318 yards on 17 completions. Bradshaw did throw one interception, but he more than made up for it.
He threw for four touchdowns on the day and got the Steelers out to a 35-17 lead. The Cowboys would come storming back in the game, but came up short in the final minutes as Pittsburgh captured its third Super Bowl in franchise history. Bradshaw’s legacy is carved into the fabric of NFL history and this game was one of his brightest moments.
