Ranking the 30 most dominant individual performances in Super Bowl history

13. Aaron Rodgers in Super Bowl XLI
QB, Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers caught some flack for his ‘championship belt’ celebration throughout the 2010 season because he didn’t have a ring to go along with it. On Feb. 6, 2011 he put that narrative to sleep for good as he led the Packers to a 31-25 victory over the Steelers. Rodgers capped off a great postseason run by being named the game’s MVP.
He threw for 304 yards on 24 completions to go along with three touchdowns and zero interceptions. His clutch play in the fourth quarter, and pinpoint accuracy, led the Packers to their biggest victory in nearly 15 years. Rodgers’ legend grew significantly in this game as he defeated a stingy Pittsburgh defense. As a result, most people consider him the best player in the NFL at the moment.
