11) Eli Manning, New York Giants, Super Bowl XLVI

Eli Manning has not been fully “credited” with two Super Bowl victories, as much of the praise has come in favor of the New York Giants defense or, in some cases, simple luck. However, Manning put together a very strong performance to earn his second ring.

Manning attempted 40 passes in New York’s second win over New England, and he needed each and every one of them. Eli completed 30 of those 40 attempts for a 75% clip in the game, and he produced 296 yards and a touchdown against no interceptions to earn MVP honors in a 21-17 final decision.

The throw to Mario Manningham is the one that will go down in Super Bowl lore, but Manning was consistently effective in the game, and the numbers bear out that point.
