15. Super Bowl XXXIX: New England Patriots 24, Philadelphia Eagles 21

Super Bowl XXXIX was by far the least dramatic of the three Super victories the Patriots have had under Bill Belichick, and ultimately the least dramatic of all their Super Bowls though it ended as a three-point differential.

It was also the sloppiest of three victories, but it required a Rodney Harrison interception in the final minute to clinch the Pats’ third title in four years. The thing that most stood out about this particular Super Bowl was the question of whether Eagles star receiver Terrell Owens would be able to play due to a broken leg and critical ligament injury he had suffered just seven week prior.

He did and performed masterfully, as he was the Eagles’ greatest offensive threat in the game, catching nine passes for 122 yards. He was, however, outdone by Deion Branch, who caught 11 passes (tying a Super Bowl record) for 133 yards.
