You Mad Bro?: Part 2

I consider the 2012 Seattle-New England game as the game where Seattle officially arrived on the scene.

In the game, Seattle trailed New England 23-10 with nine minutes to play in the fourth quarter.

Russell Wilson led the Seahawks back and connected with Sydney Rice for a 46-yard touchdown to put the Seahawks up 24-23 with 1:18 remaining. Seattle’s defense held on for the victory and Seattle walked away from the game with a 4-2 record.

Throughout the game, Richard Sherman and the Seahawks secondary were jawing with Tom Brady, as they would, and according to Sherman, Brady said they were “nobodies and that we should come up to him after they win.”

Well Sherman took up Brady’s offer, which led to the hilarious picture of Sherman yelling, giving that trash talk back to Brady after the game. After the game, Richard Sherman posted the picture on twitter with the caption “U Mad Bro?”

The tweet has been deleted, but here is a screen shot of the tweet.

Sherman has spoke candidly about Brady being portrayed differently by the media than he actual is on the field and echoed those comments again this week.

via Yahoo! Sports.

“I think people somehow get a skewed view of Tom Brady that he’s just a clean cut, does everything right, never says a bad word to anyone,” Sherman said this week. “We know him to be otherwise. In that moment of him being himself he said some things and we returned the favor.”

I doubt we’ll see Brady talking ish to Sherman on Sunday, but he’ll definitely have to test Sherman in the passing game if the Patriots are going to win the Super Bowl.

Let the best Bro win.
