Could it be a potential foreshadowing of the NBA Finals? At this point, that seems like a very real possibility, although the Warriors and Hawks will have a very hard time winning either conference.

More from Atlanta Hawks

After their 19-game winning streak was snapped last week, Atlanta rebounded with a very good performance against the Washington Wizards and is now 41-9 on the season.

Golden State fell behind by 22 points in the first quarter against Dallas on Wednesday night, but battled back to take the lead during Steph Curry’s monster, 26-point third quarter. Eventually, Golden State won the game and are now 39-8 this season.

Although each team has traveled to the opposite coast on long, road trips Friday’s matchup between the Hawks and the Warriors is the first of two games between these two teams, but rest assured, this is going to be a great game.
