LeBron James sent a cryptic message out on Twitter Saturday a day before the team faced off against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Much like when a preteen posts to social media with just a vague “I don’t want to talk about it” (Yes you do, Amber. Quit playing games.), LeBron James released an enigmatic tweet Saturday night definitely not about but who are we kidding totally about teammate Kevin Love.

Yeesh.

The wording of the tweet was in relation to a comment that Love had made in October after a preseason game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

From Dave McMenamin at ESPN:

"“I’m comfortable and just not trying to, I guess, fit in so much,” Love said after the game. “I had a talk with the guys on the plane ride over (to Brazil) and also at different practices off the floor and they told me to fit out. Just be myself.”"

Well, after the team pulverized the Los Angeles Lakers 120-105, James admitted that the tweet was “not a coincidence.” It was easy for James and Love to laugh about the tweet after the game, which saw Love score a season-high 32 points. The team has now won 13 of their last 14 games, and is currently at 32-21 for the season, good enough for fifth in the Eastern Conference.

James usually doesn’t go to social media to air his grievances, so Saturday appeared to be an odd exception. At least the two can now move on like the adults they are.
