Though the site name was more than appropriate considering that he did actually teach Taylor Swift guitar, Swift’s legal team went after the dude and presumably threatened him with a crazy lawsuit if he didn’t take down the domain, which he did.
However, in an effort to make sure that the incident would be repeated, her estate has bought up a bunch of other website URLs in anticipation of people wouldn’t be making money off of the pop star’s name.
One of the domains makes it clear that they took absolutely no chances: ITaughtTaylorSwiftHowToGiveHead.com.
No kidding.
"New York Daily News reported yesterday about Taylor Swift going after her former guitar teacher, who registered the domain name ITaughtTaylorSwift.com. Her management company apparently sent him a demand letter, stating that the domain name includes her “famous Taylor Swift trademark” in its entirety.Sometimes when this happens, companies defensively register other domain names to protect themselves. It appears someone associated with Taylor Swift’s management team did just that.MarkMonitor, the brand protection domain name registrar that works with Swift’s management company, registered a couple domain names since that story broke. And, uh, this is a strange one: itaughttaylorswifthowtogivehead.com"

This comes in the wake of Swift laying claim to some of the most popular phrases off of her latest 1989 album including “This Sick Beat” and “Party like it’s 1989.”
Looks like Taylor just can’t keep her hands off of owning entire words and phrases.
