player. 28.
I’ve seen a few people move Cooper out of their top spot at wide receiver, so I’m curious to delve into the rest of the class more deeply. That said, from what I’ve watched of Cooper and how desperate the Raiders are for a weapon to help second-year starter Derek Carr out, it’s hard to imagine they do anything but get a receiver and make Cooper their guy.

A tremendous route-runner, with good speed and nice hands, Cooper is the No. 1 Oakland needs so much. I like James Jones, but he’s a No. 2 at best and the other guys they have there all lack something. They need help at wide receiver and while there are good receivers in this class, once we get past the cream of the crop, you aren’t likely to find a No. 1 option.
. WR. Alabama. Amari Cooper. 4
