Phillip Dorsett, WR, Miami (Fla.)

Rarely is there this much buzz around a guy whose ceiling is as a good No. 2 receiver. Dorsett is undersized (listed at 5-foot-10, 195) and didn’t have a particularly distinguished career for Miami, but man can he fly. He is the leading candidate to turn in a mind-boggling 40-yard dash time this year.

Dorsett caught just 36 passes in 2014, but turned those into 871 yards and 11 touchdowns, which is a crazy 24.2 yards per catch. Dorsett thinks he can break the 4.3 barrier in the 40, which would put him in some pretty impressive company.

If he does that, he could certainly vault into the first-round conversation, since that kind of speed is very hard to find.

While the 40 is the headline-grabbing event of the combine, Dorsett should turn in a solid all-around workout because of his speed and overall athleticism.
