Chicago Bears NFL Mock Draft 2015: Latest 7-round projections
By Ryan Lehrman
Round 4 pick 103 – Eric Rowe, CB (University of Utah)
After spending three seasons at safety in Utah, Eric Rowe transitioned to cornerback his senior year where he impressed coaches and critics alike. Rowe had 34 career pass breakups, tying for the third-most in University of Utah history. With his 59 total tackles, a fumble recovery and a blocked field goal his final season, it’s no surprise the Texas native was invited to the Senior Bowl.
Rowe is an ideal size for a cornerback — 6-feet-1-inches, 215 pounds — and he uses it to bully receivers throughout the route. His versatility makes him a wise choice for Fox’s new defense.
