The NBA Trading Deadline

There were quite a few trades this season, and the NBA trading deadline was one of the most ridiculous deadlines that the league has ever seen. Big names, small names, and even solid role players were all switching teams in big blockbuster deals.

Names like Goran Dragic, Brandon Knight, Michael Carter-Williams, and Reggie Jackson switched teams. It was a very surprising deadline with quite a few players switch teams that no one would have expected being on the trade block. There were multiple teams that improved in a big way for the stretch run of the season, and it was a very entertaining day for NBA fans.

Needless to say, seeing as many trades as there were was mind-boggling as well. There were a few big deals in the last 15 minutes of the deadline, which just added to the confusion. It was a very surprising deadline and it was one of the most fun deadline’s that the league has ever seen.
