Andrew Luck needs to continue to thrive

The best thing for Andrew Luck to continue on his development as a top-echelon NFL quarterback would be for him to maintain some consistency with his coaching staff.

Although under Pagano and offensive coordinator Pep Hamilton Luck has endured stretches of wild play, he has also led an offense that was third in yards and sixth in points scored. Familiarity with the playbook and offensive scheme has allowed Luck to engineer comebacks just like his mistakes allowed the Colts to be behind in the first place.

One thing that will not help Luck cut down on those mistakes will be to change offensive schemes and personnel. The Colts have had enough regular season success to put them in position to compete in the playoffs. They only need a complete offseason from Luck and a more solidified supporting cast to reach the Super Bowl.
