6. DeVante Parker-WR-Miami Dolphins

Parker joins a young Dolphins offense and will team up with last year’s rookie Jarvis Landry to give the Dolphins a promising young receiving corps.  Parker’s role on the team seems to be determined since he’s the biggest and fastest of the Miami receivers.

In his four years at Louisville, Parker dropped just three passes and should be a reliable Red Zone threat for Ryan Tannehill as Miami tries to challenge New England in the AFC East.  Parker is a big fit at a position of need in Miami and has potential to contribute right away.

The main reason Parker isn’t higher on our list of impact rookies is that he is going to a team where QB play is still a question mark.  His skill set could also lead to some inconsistent production especially early in the year, but if you’re looking for depth with upside as your draft gets into it’s final three or four rounds, Parker is worth a look.
