29. Green Bay Packers–Scooby Wright III, ILB, Arizona

Like the Ravens, the Green Bay Packers value production and aim to take the best player available whenever possible. Wright fits into both, and happens to fill a spot the Packers have been somewhat vulnerable at in the past, even moving Clay Matthews there for a dose of snaps to fill the void.

Wright has the potential to make that spot less of a shaky one.

30. Indianapolis Colts–Jaylon Smith, OLB, Notre Dame

Though the Indianapolis Colts have a franchise quarterback capable of one day winning a Super Bowl, they struggle, like the Cardinals, to find guys who can get after the quarterback. Jaylon Smith, though undersized, may be able to help them do just that.

He improves their defense just with his presence.

31. New England Patriots–Vadal Alexander, OG, LSU

Bill Belichick doesn’t care what you think. He’ll take anyone here. He certainly won’t be scared of taking a guard, especially one who currently projects as the best in the draft. Instead of trading up to secure him, he takes the best one to fall to him, and again looks like a genius.

32. Seattle Seahawks–Max Tuerk, C, Southern California

The Seattle Seahawks either win, or get close to, another Super Bowl in spite of poor center play after shipping Pro Bowler Max Unger off to New Orleans along with the 2015 first-round pick to gain Jimmy Graham.

Graham doesn’t help them as much as they think–especially since he can’t block and the Seahawks are a running team. But they still do their thing. They then take Tuerk, who figure to be a SPARQ star next year, and so perfectly aligns with John Schneider and Pete Carroll’s draft strategy.
