9. Brandon Belt-1B-San Francisco Giants: Belt and the Giants take on Ian Kennedy as they wrap up their three-game set with San Diego. In his career, Belt is 8-25 (.320) against the Padres righty with a double, two hoe runs, and four RBI.
8. Buster Posey-C-San Francisco Giants: Another Giants player that has hit Kennedy well is Buster Posey who is 15-37 (.405) in his career against Kennedy including three doubles. He doesn’t have a home run against Kennedy but he has driving in three runs.
7. Carlos Beltran-OF-New York Yankees: Taking on Mark Buehrle has been a weird matchup for Beltran who is just 12-57 (.211) against the Blue Jays veteran. The reason he’s on this list, though, is that he has hit four long balls off of Buehrle with five RBI in their previous meetings.
6. Mark Trumbo-OF-Arizona Diamondbacks: If the D-Backs and Rockies get their game in this afternoon in Colorado, Trumbo should be in a good matchup to break out the lumber. In his career, he is 5-15 with three home runs and eight RBI against Rockies probable pitcher Jordan Lyles.
