79. People are all high on Kelly Oubre Jr. and his athletic ability. But he lacks so many of the tools that make a successful NBA player. His jump shot is streaky and he is far from the ball handler he could be. Additionally he lacks the size at 6’7, 200 pounds to be able to compete physically with some of the top small forwards in the NBA. <p>Nonetheless, he will be an immediate impact player off the bench for the Mavericks. Primarily on the defensive end of the court. His quick feet combined with his 7-foot plus wingspan will make it difficult for slashing guards to get in the lane.</p> <p>Oubre Jr. will fall late due to the uncertainty about his game, which is why the Dallas Mavericks will select him no. 22 overall.</p>.
