Emmanuel Mudiay. 4. player. 20. The Lakers need a point guard and it just so happens that they may find one in this year’s draft. The Jermey Linn project didn’t work out as well as the Lakers would have liked, and with an aging Kobe the Lakers either need to win now or plan for the future. <p>Well, with Emmanuel Mudiay they could do both. There are rumors circulating everywhere on how the Lakers are looking sign either Kevin Love, Jimmy Butler, or a number of other free agents this summer that would make them contenders once again. Drafting a guy like Emmanuel Mudiay, who has played pro basketball before just in China, could gel well with all these super star players.</p> <p>Mudiay is one of those point guards who can do it all. His ability to get to the bucket, dish out passes, and rebound over shorter guards (Mudiay stands at 6’5) will make him an instant success in the Lakers organization.</p>. PG. China
