Offensive line

Starters: Cordy Glenn (LT),Chris Williams (LG), Eric Wood (center), Richie Incognito (RG), Seantrel Henderson (RT)

Depth: Cyril Richardson, Darryl Johnson, Alex Kupper, Kraig Urbik, John Miller (rookie), William Campbell, DJ Morrell

The offensive line is not as bad as they played last season, but it’s an area of concern—especially given the quarterbacks they have to deal with. Cordy Glenn isn’t a Hall of Fame left tackle, but he’s a very solid one. Seantrel Henderson was an undrafted free agent and a bit of a disaster last season, but he’s what they have at right tackle at this point. Chris Williams was also underwhelming in 2014 before he ended up on Injured Reserve. The Bills hope he can improve (and stay healthy) this year. Richie Incognito plays with a mean streak, and one hopes he keeps it on the field. He was out of football last year after getting suspended for the second half of 2013, Incognito sometimes lets his temper get the best of him on the field where he’ll take a dumb penalty. Still, this is an offense which needs a good run blocking guard and Incognito should be that.

I could see rookie John Miller pushing for a starting job if Williams or Incognito falters. He’s a strong run blocker, and he may just be scratching the surface of his ability. He’s got a ton of raw power, though he isn’t terribly athletic. Getting to the second level might be an issue for him. If he can get that adjusted though, Miller could be a very good guard.
