New England Patriots at Indianapolis Colts, Week 6 (SNF)

Who isn’t looking forward to this game? Aside from what will be wall-to-wall HOT TAKES about deflated footballs (which will kind of just be like what we have now), what could possibly go wrong?

You have two teams who just met in the AFC Championship, the result of which was a complete derailment of the Colts offense and defense. The two teams feature a pair of the best quarterbacks playing in the NFL today. One of the two quarterbacks was found to be involved in under-inflating the football during the playoff game, but actually performed better after they got properly inflated balls.

And it’s played in the home stadium of the team which lost the game.

From a pure theater aspect, this game has everything you could want.

Even beyond the silliness that is Ballghazi, these two teams are likely to be vying for the AFC title again this year and are always an intriguing matchup.

The Colts have Andrew Luck, so you always figure them to be in a game. The problem is that, while management added more offensive weapons, they didn’t do much defensively. Which is odd, because that was what really killed them in the championship game.

Can Andrew Luck carry this team to victory this time, or will it be a repeat of the last meeting?

As for the Patriots, they’re likely to play with a huge chip on their shoulder after all the deflated football drama and Tom Brady is definitely going to show up looking to prove something. However, this team lost two key pieces of its secondary and half its backfield. Will this defense be able to contain Luck again?

We may have seen these two teams go at it multiple times before, but each time manages to be intriguing.
