3. Angel Pagan-OF-San Francisco Giants: The Giants look to continue their recent success as they head to Milwaukee this week.  They’ll open their trip taking on Kyle Lohse which sets up well for Angel Pagan.  In his career, Pagan is 6-14 (.429) with a double and five RBI against Lohse making him one of the better OF to go with based on batter vs pitcher matchup today.

2. David Ortiz-DH-Boston Red Sox: Big Papi always seems to bring his A-game when he takes on his former team the Twins.  Boston will be in Minnesota this afternoon facing off with Ricky Nolasco.  Ortiz has hit Nolasco well in the past going 4-10 (.400) against him with three home runs.

1. Pablo Sandoval-3B-Boston Red Sox: Ortiz’s teammate, Pablo Sandoval has even better numbers against Nolasco, but double check to see if he is able to return to the lineup after missing a few days with a knee injury.  He came into yesterday’s game as a pinch-hitter, so hopefully he can get back in the lineup especially against Nolasco who he has lit up going 10-21 (.476) with four doubles, three home runs, and seven RBI in their previous meetings.
