PG. China. Emmanuel Mudiay. 4. player. 27.
Mudiay was thought to be a top-three pick before the college season started getting a little heated and it is to no fault of his own. People fall in love with players that they can see play everyday and analyze their skill level on a national stage. Mudiay didn’t have that luxury because of his one-year trip to China to play professional basketball, but he is still a top-three pick in my mind.

Mudiay has all the physical tools necessary to become a solid NBA point guard. He can attack the basket as well as anyone and did so successfully in the China pro circuit. Because Mudiay is widely unknown, he will fall lower than he originally would have if he had attended a college in the United States. That being said, he will be an absolute steal at No. 4 for the struggling New York Knicks.
